The meeting further decided that this committee should formulate a circu lar to be sett to the Interested roads, includ ing statement o f the fundamental Issues which had been discussed by the meeting and a l l of which had met with common approval, and racing such suggestions as to the co lle ctio n o f data as the com­mittee should think desirable, to carry out its function.
