Sexton, Chairman, Public Service Commission, Carson City, Nevada# Dear Mr. Sexton: May I take this opportunity to thank you for the prompt response, your Western Union January 29th, to our request for approval of agreement between our company and McNeil Housing Company, covering installation of water mains in Huntridge Subdivision; also approval of Rule 9-C. I now enclose copy of agreement between our company and Biltmore Home, who are installing water mains in their tract on Norht Main Street, where a large number of homes are being constructed. This agreement also pro­vides that same shall not be effective until it has been approved by the Public Service Commission.
