Peart - Omaha oes Mr. Ned Doty Traveling Auditor Please refer to your letter of March 4, 1954, file BD 4-8, relative to Refund Contracts, Audit Nos. 10470 and 10470-2, with Phillip Shipley and Associates, covering the construction refunds due pursuant to provisions of Rule 9 A of Rules and Regulations, Las Vegas Land and Water Company. As requested in your letter, I have made a complete examination of the above mentioned agreements and have Indicated in ink on the original of statement furnished with your letter of March 4th, which I am returning to you herewith, the proper distribution of all monies paid under Contract Audit Nos. 10470 and 10470-2. Should there be any question with regard to the above, I believe your Mr. McCafferty will be able to supply any further information necessary.
