Pe&rt - Omaha Confirming telephone conversation concerning increase in commercial revenue accruals for the month of August* 1952, During the month of August we billed various commercial customers for refrigeration service for the 8 months period* January through August* which accounted for the substantial increase in revenues for the month. As I advised you, the charge for refrigeration service* will be the subject of a hearing before the Public Service Commission, October 9* 1952, and It is probable the r&te will be reduced and the charge confined to those months in which service is rendered, generally, May through September, If so ordered by the Commission, the accruals for this service will be substantially reduced.
