Reinhardt: has Vegas - October 28, 19A8 w 23-1-53 Referring to the enclosed: Water Service to Mr. Ashby's house at #10 Bennie's Lane has been very unsatisfactory during the past summer, due to the purap kicking off and possibly an over-load on the electric switch* I know that he would like to discontinue using the well and secure service Ttom the Glty mains and he would, of course, advance the cost of the connection under Rule 9-A. We have not previously been in a position to furnish his service, but if Honrath’s line is acquired by us, Honrath would furnish us an easement along the easterly edge of the third lot, which he still owns, so that a connection could be jaade to the if-inch line at the well with the use of about k m feet of pipe.
