    RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement "NnL.D. No. 27^+0, dated Nov. 10, 19^3, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company called ’’Company", and Thomas A. Campbell, an ’’individual” called Subdivider, providing: 1. Subdivider to pay $2,383«00 estimated cost of installing approximately 3^0 feet of 8 inch, and 50 feet of 6 inch cast iron water mains, and 10 feet of 6 inch cast iron fire protect­ion lateral for one hydrant, to serve his pro­perty in the Scotch Eighty Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada. 2. Company to refund to Subdivider, at quarterly intervals, 35$ of the monthly revenue received by it from customers taking direct service from water mains so installed for a period of 10 -years from date of completion or until Sub-divider has been repaid the actual cost advanced by him, (exclusive of the cost of constructing said fire hydrant connections,) whichever occurs first. 3. Water mains so installed shall be and remain the property of the company. J|. Subdivider to furnish Company easements where pipe lines are laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Title Guarantee and Policy of Title Insurance $ be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
