Mr. Robert Allen Oetober 14, 1952 (3) That La# Vega# Land and Water Company should be authorised to waive the collection of any outstanding undercharges which may be due for service provided prior to January 1, 1952* upon which would be applicable the rate# set forth in Rate No. 21 ©n Cooling Water for Refrigeration Machine on Original Sheet PSCN No. 3 effective September 1, 1952* or any rate# for Cooling Water for Refrigeration Machine set forth in prior tariffs. M PROVISIONS TO BE INCLUDED IN ORDER IN CASE No. 1221 "IT IS ORDERED: (1) That First Revised Sheet PSCN No. 3 effective December 1, 1952, filed by the Las Vegas Land and Water Co. with this Commission on October __, 1952, is hereby approved. (2) Las Vegas Land and Water Co., is hereby authorized to waive the collection ©f any charges for cooling Water for Refrigeration Machine for services furnished during the period January 1, 1952, to and including November 30, 1952, which are in excess of the rates and charge# set forth in Rate No. 21 of said First Revised Sheet PSCN No. 3 and Original Sheet PSCN No. 3-A effective December 1, 1952.
