Referring to your letter of October 24, 1936, quoting part of Sfe* doffera* letter regarding the effect the drilling of new well and reulacewent of wood, stave pipe line m i l have on our revenues and expenses: Severnies / ? -'v .s,. ^ ^ V ? ^ >iV " A comparison of services during September 1935 and September 1936 develops there has been a substantial increase In domestic services with a small decrease in non permanent business. #i called to your attention in my letter Of Oct, 8, 1936, the loss of the wholesale account with the Soul&er .Dam dynlcate resulted in a reduction of revenue of §148,30, althou^b the decrease in revenue fro® ell coerces only §104.90, resulting in an increase from other sources of 143,40 for September 1936 or §520,80 per year* As s result of Federal loans and a general building program, our records show no ?/ that there will be .added to ©or account during October and Bovetnber charges for 23 new residences at a revenue of §45,50 per month or )546,00 per year, therefore the total Increase over September 1935 in lovembor 1936 will amount to §1066,80 annually. There is still a large amount of building being planned but it would be almost impossible to estimate the potential revenue until plans are in a more definite state. Due to complaints to the Public ' derviee Ooraais- slon from residents in the Boulder Addition, there is some possibility of the has Vegas Band and t%ter Company regaining the Boulder Dam Syndicate wholesale account. At the present time consumers in one section of this addition have requested that they bo permitted to connect to our lines.
