COPY THIS INDENTURE OF EASEMENT, made and entered into this 13th day of April, 19^8, by and between ESTELLA 0. BEAM, a widow,"fay|y~ of the First Part, and LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, Party of the Second Part, III Ji I H J S I That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), lawful money of the United States, to herein hand paid by the Party of the Second Part, the reoeipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, GRANT and CONVEX to the Party of the Second Part, its successors and assigns, an easement and right of way for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, renewal, reconstruction and removal of pipe lines for conducting water with the right of ingress and egress over, along, across and under that certain strip of land 10.0 feet in width, described as follows: The East Five Feet of Lots One (1) to Twenty-Six (26) inclusive and the West Five Feet of Lots Twenty-seven (2?) to Fifty-two (52) inclusive, in Block Five (5) of Amended Plat of Noblltt Addition City of Las Vegas, as shown by map thereof on file in Book 2 of Plats, page 15, in the office of the County Recorder of Clark County, Nevada. The Party of the First Part may grant an additional easement or easements along the above described strips for sewers, gas pipes, telephone, telegraph and electric wires, and for poles, but in each such additional easement granted provisions shall be made that the same shall not Interfere with the water pipes and pipe lines of the Party of the Second Part.
