    Mr. McNamee 6-1:-29 Company, leaving a small margin of profit for the Land and Water Company, which margin will probably be somewhat increased by supplying water wholesale to outside companies at eight cents per hundred cubic feet. The recommendations contained in paragraphs (b) and (c) of your letter to me April 27th, covering the application by the Water Company to the Public Service Commission of Nevada for certificate of convenience and necessity, and to the Board of Commissioners and the City of Las Vegas for franchise, are approved for filing at such time as considered advisable* I shall be pleased if you will handle the matter accordingly.
