    On motion duly made, seconded and carried, It vac, by unanimous vote, RESOLVED: That the action of the President and Secretary In executing and delivering agreement dated February 1, 1923, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, Las Vegas Land and Water Company and The Austin Securities Company, Govern­ing appointment of the Securities Company as tales agent for the Railroad and Land Companiee within their various industrial tracts in and in the vicinity of Los Angeles, California, he, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed on behalf of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, it vae, by unanimous vote, RESOLVED: That the notion of the President and Secretary in executing and delivering agreement dated February 15, 1928, covering the granting of right of way and easement by the Lae Vegas Land and Water Company to County Sanitation District Ho. I of Los Angeles County, State of California, for construction, maintenance and operation of sewer lines, in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Land and Water Company, over, along, across and under certain property in Industrial Tracts Hoe. 2 and 3, mors particularly described as follows: A strip of land ten (ID) feet wide being that portion of Lots 38, 39 and 40 of the Rancho Laguna, as shown on map filed as Exhibit •A*, in Cate #B-25296 in the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of Los Angeles, lying five feet on either side of the following described center line; excepting therefrom that portion lying within Bonnie Beach Place: Beginning at the southwest corner of Tract lo* 4301 as shown on map recorded in Bool: 50, page 99 of Maps, records of Log Angeles County; thence North 0° 001 50* last along the westerly line of said Tract Ho# 4301, 316.77 feet; thence North 83° 55* 30* West 2822.87 feet to an angle point; thence North 0° 13* 5 0 * West to intersection with northerly line of said Lot 38 ftanobo Laguna. Also a strip of land ten (10) feet wide lying five (5) feet on either side of the following des­cribed ©enter line:
