On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Guild in executing rider C.L.D. 7530, dated December 31, 1946, terminating, effective December 31, 1946, lease agreement C.A. 9913, dated July 6, 1938, expiring December 31, 1949, with Charles Latimer, covering packing house, located at San Antonio Ave. and State Street, Ontario, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong on behalf of this company in executing consent to assignment, dated June 16, 1947 (effective January 1, 1946) by A. Clubb & Sons, a copartnership, consisting of A. F. Clubb and J. B. Clubb, to John B. Clubb, an individual doing business as A. Clubb & Sons, of lease, dated April 20, 1942, expiring June 30, 1947 (C.A. No. 10184), between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and A. Clubb & Sons, a copartnership consisting of A. F. Clubb and J. B. Clubb, Lessee, covering lease of ground floor store room, located at 430 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles, Calif,; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider C.L.D. 8045, dated June 26, 1947, extending to June 30, 1949, term of lease Audit 10184, dated April 20, 1942, expiring June 30, 1947, with A.
