I agree.Las Vegas, Uevada, March 10, 1923. Mr. C. P. Smith, Secretary, Las Vegas Land & Water Co., Los Angeles, California. Pear Sir: Acknowledging receipt of your letter of March 5th in reference to sale of land to John L. Russell. I believe it might be well to hold up these agreements for a short time and give Russell a chance to finance the deal, but I will ascertain from him positively when this can be done. Since his application for the purchase of this land he has rented his ranch and accepted a position as mill superintendent with some firm at San Pedro and left for that point about a week ago; his family expecting to follow shortly. However, I will get a definite expression from him and advise you later. Yours truly, B/H Vice-President & Agent.
