Knickerbockeri It will be necessary to have a compilation prepared of the items of expenditure made by the Railroad Company In the construction of the artesian well, pipe line extending from the springs and well to the reservoir, expense of construction of reservoir, and main pipe to the point where Las Vegas Land and Water Company diverts its water, all ©f which goes to make up the amount of the rentals charged by the Railroad Company to the LVLAW CO. on the basis of 6$ of the percentage of the water used by the LVL&W Co. to the whole investment of the Railroad in such water equipment and facilities; also a state­ment of the character and amount of the assets of LVL&W Co.*s water facilities, which includes f100,000 valuation on its water rights at Las Vegas, end on its total valuation a reason­able profit or earning thereon should be computed on the basis of &% per annum* • Mr. Jackson prepared the original figures at the time the present contract was entered into between the Railroad and LVL&W Co., but I understand he is not available now; that Mr. Drew has the figures available end cun be in attendance to testify in regard thereto at the hearing to be held on May 28, 1951, at Las Vegas.
