Dear Sir:— In compliance with Mr. Nutt’s suggestion about disposal of tracts of land adjacent to Las Vegas Township to Mr. Buol, or rather South Nevada Land & Development Company, I have prepared original and seven copies of deeds conveying the lands requested by, Mr. Buol and I inclose you a copy thereof which I wish you would chech over and advise if it covers the proposition. The blue print and descriptions were made in Mr. IDiltons office and I thinh they are correct. According to Mr. Nutt’s figures basing the consideration on a valuation of $100.00 per lot of 25X140 feet, which is the price that yon stated you were getting for lots in Blochs 39 and 40, or Three cents per square foot, the consideration for these two tracts of land would be $1890.00.
