B & C GARAGE Commissioner Moore moved Mr. Clemente, owner of the B & C Garage be notified to appear at the next regular meeting to show cause why his license to operate a garage should not be revoked. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. AUCTION PERMIT Commissioner Peccole moved the application of Phil Cummings to hold an auction on April 16, 17, and 18, 1951 at 722 North Main be approved providing Mr. Cummings secures an Auctioneers License. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. PROPOSED ORDINANCES Commissioners Bunker and Peccole committee for report on the proposed Race Horse Book & ordinances on Race Horse Book and Race Horse Wire Service asked for Wire Service additional time before reporting. MISSION FOR HOMELESS Commissioner Peccole moved the recommendation of the Building Inspector MEN that the building located at 221 North 3rd Street be condemned and not used as a home for homeless men. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, Commissioner Bunker. There being no further business to come before the meeting at this time Commissioner Moore moved this meeting adjourn.
