For us to initiate artwork we must have glossy photos of four main showroom entertainment stars under contract with your hotel for inclusion in one of our mailing peices. The selection of these four stars is entirely up to you but the fact that this mailing is set for May and June may be of some significance to you in making your selections. In order to proceed we also request you supply this office with one hundred words of copy on the facilities offered by your hotel.
