    (C) No tent house, shack or garage shall be erected, maintained or occupied as a dwelling dwelling except for a maximum period of six months during actual construction of a residence or other dwellings on the same property, in conformity with ordinances of the City of Las Vegas. (RESIDENCE ZONE NO. 4. All of the City of Las Vegas not included in the limits of residence Zone Number 1, Residence Zone No. 2, and Residence Zone No. 3, shall be conside­red Residence Zone No. 4, excepting therefrom those sections classified as commercial distric­ts and industrial districts. SECTION II All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Or­dinance are herewith repealed. ... SECTION III The City Clerk is hereby authorized to have this ordinance publi­shed in the Las Vegas Age, a weekly newspaper printed and published in the City of Las Vegas Clark County, Nevada, for a period of two weeks, that is to say, once each week for a period of tow weeks. D. 1940 by the following vote: Voting Aye: Commissioners Ro- nnow, Krause, __________________ and ___________________, and his Honor, the Mayor. Voting No: Commissioners: None Absent: Commissioners Gilbert and Corradetti. This Ordinance was read aloud to the Board of Commissioners at a recessed re­gular meeting held on the 16th day of July, 1940, at which time it was proposed, conside­red and voted upon and unanimously adopted and there after published in the Las Vegas Age, a weekly newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas for a period of once a week for two consecutive weeks immediately following its first reading. And it was there after read aloud to the Board for a second time at a regular meeting of the Board held on the 5th day of August, 1940. BRIMACOMBE being duly sworn, deposes and says: That she is gene­ral manager of Las Vegas Age, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed and published at Las Vegas, in the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the attached Ordinance was published in said newspaper for a period of two weeks from July 19th to July 26th, inclusive being the issues of said newspaper for the following dates, to-wit: July 19 and 26, 1940. That said newspaper was regularly issued and circulated on each of the dates above named. That the legal charge for publishing said legal notice was $63.90. Signed DOROTHY D.
