Any future drilling of wells will further diminish the available artesian supply, "A RESTRICTED WATER SUPPLX WILL INEVITABLY THROTTLE THE CIVIC GROWTH OF LAS VEGAS" is as true in 1951 as it was in 1922 its growth, each and every citizen will have to start conserving the water supply furnished to him by the Water Company, Each individual should use only what is actually needed to satisfy his needs. The wastage must stop. Any future large scale use of water must be from a source other than the artesian basin and will, of course, cost eafeh user a much larger fee than is now exacted from him* when Commissioner Scrugham so remarked.
