V Land and Water Company, First Parties, and Las Vegas Valley Water District, Second Party, for the sale and purchase of water production, storage and distribution system at Las Vegas, Nevada, provides that this Company execute certain deeds, easements and blll-of-sale to convey title to said facilities to Las Vegas Valley Water Districts THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of Presid­ent and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing on behalf of this Company the following documents* 1 - Deed, Audit No. 5550, dated June 1, 1954, conveying real property referred to in paragraph (a), Section 1 of Sale Agreement from the Water Company to the District; 2 - Instrument Transferring Interests In Real and Personal Property, Audit No- 5351, dated June 1, 1954, covering the property referred to In paragraphs (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (j) of Section 1 of said Sale Agreement from Water Company to the District; 3 - Bill of Sale, Audit No. 5355, dated June 1, 1954, Transferring pipe lines and pumping station referred to in paragraphs (h) to (1), inclusive, and in paragraph (d) of Section 5 of Sale Agreement from Water Company to said District; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratifications AFE No, 11 (Wo Oo #786), Issued April 29, 1954; Las Vegas, Nevada; constructing two 16w diameter by 1200 ft. deep water wells, installing turbine pump In well No. 11 replacing existing horizontal pump, increasing transformer capacity and Installing pipe lines to new wells. Total estimated expenditure, $107,400.; Cost of removal of Property Retired, chargeable to OE, $597; Total amount chargeable to Investment In Water Sys.-Las Vegas, $106,803; Credit Investment In Water Sys.- Las Vegas, Nev, for ledger value of property to be -7-
