On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Extension Rider C.L.D. 10517-3, dated July 10, 1953, ex­tending under the same terms and conditions for a period of one year ending August 31, 195^1, lease agreement Audit No. 10551, dated August 31» 1950, between LVL&WCo. and Nevada Outdoor Advertising Co., Inc., covering sites for advertising signboards at Yermo, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter Agreefnfent "NML.D. 2706, dated July 13, 1953, with Longley Construction C0., Inc., covering the construction and laying of 1125 feet of 6 M cast iron water mains to serve Industrial area west of Main Street between Garces and Hoover Avenues, Las Vegas, Nevada, consideration #1,912.00 plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
