Quinns • As I advised in my letter of January 11* Mr. Guinn passed away and his firm has been forced into bankruptcy. Liabilities are estimated to be in excess of $109 000 with little or no assets. As the service connection la located within the street* no lien attaches to abutting property. However, as the connection was installed to serve a building being erected for Waiter Murray, we anticipate making collection from him* otherwise we can disconnect the service. This matter is being handled by Mr, Gox% with Mr. Murray *s attorney. lie have deferred filing claim against the Estate of E. Zm Quinn, as Mr, Coxy is of opinion such action might prejudice our attempt to collect from Mr, Walker* We Will advise outcome of our efforts to collect payment, W, H* Johnson
