Dear Sir: Returning herewith correspondence received with yours of April 19, concerning water supply at Las Vegas: I sent you copy of my letter April 24 to Mr. Secrist, of the Pacific Pruit Express Company. He replies under date of April 30 as follows: "Your letter of April 24th, with reference to water supply at Las Vegas, Nevada. "The cooling tower has just heen ordered and shipment from Pittsburgh, Pa., is promised within the next week or ten days and if satisfactory movement is had to Las Vegas, the tower should be erected and in service by June 1st at the latest. "As you know, this facility involved a capital expenditure, which, in itself, occasioned a little delay, but trust the installation as above mentioned will be satisfactory." Enel CC-Mr. W. H. Comstock
