Dear Sir:- Your letter January 26th in regard to Worm 30, jfo* 5-1045, covering fruit separator installed in the Sutherland Fruit Packinghouse, at Riverside. Jfes I understand it, we are committed to the Sutherland Packing Company, in the course of the adjustment of rentals, etc., to pay for this separator and add the cost thereof to the capital sum on which the lessees pay interest as rental, fhis "being the case, i do not see how we can well decline to carry out the agreement, and I would not feel justified in withdrawing the' approval I have heretofore extended.
