Edwards, on duty 8 to 10 hours p e r day, and he c o n tro ls the flo w o f w e lls in to the r e s e r v o ir so that during h is to u r o f duty the re s e r v o ir i s kept f u l l without a p p re c ia b le o v e rflo w . When the water tender q u its f o r the n ig h t he re g u la te s v a lv e s so that lh h is Judgment there w i l l < be a f u l l tank in the morning w ith a:minimum o f o v e rflo w w aste.
