Contract between PlumLeigh-Olllett, Ino. and the Water Company, NLD 2398, dated Aug. 9* 1950, aaslgned to the Bank of Nevada. fill I am sending oopy of this letter to Mr. ®ory, and in the future, when assignments such as these are submitted to Mr. Reinhardt for execution, I think they should primarily refer to the assignment of the right to refunds under the specific section of the contract in question, rather than the assignment of the entire contract. If that Is done, then it will be of no Interest to us whether the subdivider has completed all his obligations under the contract with respect to furnishing of easement, etc., since we can look to him for the completion and fulfilling of the term® of the contract irrespective of the fact that the right to receive refunds may be assigned to a third party.
