I agree.Los Angeles, July 22nd, 1942 Mr. J. P. Back: Originally, it was contemplated that we would construct a wooden derrick for Well #10 at Las Vegas. Later, Mr. Anderson discussed this matter with Mr. Strong and it was deolded that Well #10 could be constructed of SH pipe which was then on hand at Kelso. Mr. Anderson now advises that-this pipe will not be available because it has been disposed of in connection with the recent scrap drive. Therefore, it will be necessary to construct derrick for Well #10 out of wood, per the plan used on the other wells, except Well #9 which was constructed of pipe. v R. L. Adamson cc-Mr. J. M.
