Las Vegas « October 2 0 , 1953 W 23-1-129 Las Vegas Valley Water District 900 South 5th Street Las Vegas, Nevada Gentlemens Referring to ay letter of September 17, 1953, requesting approval of Francisco Park Subdivision as indicated on print submitted and Estimate of Expenditures attached thereto. Due to a change in connections between existing water main and water a.In proposed for above project as indicated on attached print, drawing 9-632 dated September 23, 1953, Subdivider will be required to construct 250 LF of 6* cast Iron water main in addition to the length of pipe included in estimate submitted with my letter of September 17th. Local Contractor’s proposal to construct this additional pipe line with fittings Is $1,3^2.00, which when added to the $35,057.00 agreed refund originally submitted, will result in a revised total agreed refund of $36,399*00.
