V Ben Weingart and Laurel-Ventura Holding Corporation, dba Park Central Building, Lessors, to settle by a cash settlement all claims that Lessors may have against Lessees by virtue of agreement bearing C.L.D. No. 1603, dated July 25, 1937, identified in Lessee's records as Contract Audit No. 986*1-, under which agreement Lessors granted Lessees permission to fasten an exhaust flue to the wall of Park Central Building, which cash settlement fully and completely releases Lessees from any and all liability or responsibility owed to the Lessors by Lessees from such agreement, be and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing Las Vegas Land and Water Company L.S. Deed Audit No. 6059, bearing C.L.D. No. 14998, dated December 31, 1964, conveying for a consideration of $87,300.00 to FenCal, Inc., a California corporation, those two parcels of land situate in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being all those portions of Block 18 of Tract No. 1343, recorded in Book 20, pages 10 and 11 of Map Records of said County, more particularly described In said Deed Audit No. 6059, excepting and reserving unto Las Vegas Land and Water Company an easement for railroad purposes across portion of the hereinabove described land, as more particularly described in Deed Audit No. 6059, excepting from this conveyance all minerals and mineral rights, without right of entry, as excepted by E. C. Woodward and Citizens National -2-
