SUBJECT; Sale of Water Facilities - Las Vegas, Nev* IAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY Omaha - April 6, 1954 BD 1-8-2 Mr* L* R* Maag - Las Vegas, Nev*: This refers to my letter March 5, 1954, file BD 1-8-2 to Mr* C* M* Cory, and his reply March 26, 1954, eopies of which were furnished you* Mr. Cory has furnished copies of 75 of the 108 Rule 9 contracts appearing on list attached to my letter* We now understand from recent telephone conversation with your office, that you would release copies of the contracts in your work order files not furnished by Mr. Cory for our files* A list of those contracts is attached, to whieh I have added pro­jects completed since the preparation of the original list sent Mr. Cory* There will be similar contracts for projects completed between now and the time of sale, and it will be greatly appre­ciated if you will also send me copies of those contracts with your close-out letters on work orders* called for by any of these contracts, should also be furnished, together with eopies of assignments on contracts 10346, 10420, 10571 and 10643* Considerable work will be required on these copies; therefore, will you please forward so as to reach this office not later than April 20, 1954* Providing they are available, eopies of Bills of Sale,
