You have copy of ray letter to Mr* Comstock dated January 29th, I enclose his reply together with the file. I see no reason why Mr. Woodill should not he called upon to pay his rental hills in accordance with provisions of the lease, and think you should proceed accordingly. Yours very truly, Enel.
