LIQUOR APPLICATIONS Commissioner Moore moved the application of Albert and David Mengarelli and Marguerite Changes White, Log Cabin Bar, 122 North 1st for a Tavern liquor license be approved subject to a favorable report from the Police Department on the new partner, David Mengarelli. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Moore moved the application of Dale Cook, Manager, Safeway Store, 122 South 2nd Street for a Retail Beverage license be approved subject to a favorable report from the Police Department. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
