Bennett: Replying to yours of August 28th re lative to attending meetings of the County and City Commissioners here, w ill say that the County Commissioners meet on the 5th day of each month, and sometimes hold adjourned meetings. The City Commissioners are supposed to hold regular meetings on the 4th day of each month, hut usually hold what they c a ll "adjourned meetings" at any time the necessity requires. I I w ill arrange to keep informed of the times of these various meetings and w ill attend such of them when matters of interest to the Railroad Company or the Land and Water Company are to he discussed.
