\ spring houses, 11 water wells, three settling basins, one concrete reservoir of 2,500,000-gallon capacity, one concrete reservoir of 1 ,200,000-gallon capacity, one 300,000- gallon, elevated steel storage tank, pipe lines connecting' said springs and wells with settling basins and reservoirs, three pumping stations with pumps, machinery and equipment, power lines, transmission lines, fences and other facilities appurtenant to said water production, storage and transmission equipment and facilities; and (4) All of the water pipe lines, valves, equipment and appurtenances now located upon the easement strips more particularly described in that certain grant of easement dated June 1, 1954, from Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Grantor, to Las Vegas Valley Water District, a public corporation,Grantee, and in that certain grant of easement dated March 3 1, 1954, and recorded April 22, 1954, as Document 8686, Book 7, of Official Records in the office of the County Recorder of Clark County, Nevada, from Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a Nevada corporation, Grantee, whereby the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its said Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, granted to the said grantees rights of way and easements for the construction, maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of water pipe lines and appurtenances under, upon and along strips of land more particularly described in said grant of easement which extend across the lands of the said Grantors at Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, in Sections 27, 28, 29, 33 and 34, T. 20 S., R. 6l W., M.D.B. & M., except an existing pipe line and meter owned by said Grantors connecting with a pipe line in one of said easement strips at a point in the SE£ of the NE£ of Section 33 and extending northeasterly to the power house of said Grantors, (5) All of the water pipe lines, service connections, valves and appurtenances used or useful in the distribution of water by the Grantor as a public utility in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada; and (6) All automotive equipment, shop equipment, material and supplies (excluding office furniture and equipment in the office of the Water Company) belonging to the Grantor and purchased or acquired by the Grantor for the purpose of the operation and maintenance of the public utility water distribution system of the Grantor at Las Vegas, Nevada, and of the class charged by the Grantor to Account 115— Materials and Supplies and Account 327— General Equipment as shown in the Annual Reports of the Grantor filed 2.
