Hulsizer) Referring to Mr. Stoddard's letter to me of January 11th, copy to you, and your letter of Deeemher 20th to Mr. Stoddard, file 1-7334, relative to the following documents: 1. Supplemental agreement, C.D. No. 39722-B, between LA&SL-UPRRCos., LVL&WCo. and Las Vegas Valley Water District amending agreement dated June 1, 1953> covering sale of water production and distribution facilities at Las Vegas, Nevada, to provide for. granting to the Water District of additional easements over two 15-foot strips of land for construction, maintenance and operation of pipe lines at that point, and subsequent relinquishment by the Water District of similar easement granted it under the original agreement; and 2. Grant of Easement, C.D. No. 39722-15, by LA&SL-UPRRCos. to Water District, conveying easements over two strips of land at Las Vegas, as contemplated by the above supplemental agreement. I am returning to you the duplicate originals of the supplemental agreement so that the seal of the Las Vegas Valley Water District may be impressed on eaeh counterpart. When this has been accomplished, please return our executed counterpart to me for my record and filing with the Auditor.
