    The regular monthly meeting of Board(9/ Directors Las Vegas Land and Water Company, elected at annual meeting of Stockholders on November 14, 1938, was held In the Company s principal office in the Union Pacific Building, 422 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles, California, at 11:00 A. M. , November 15, 1938. Present: W. R. Bracken A . A . Murphy E. E. Bennett A. V. Kipp Absent: W. M. Jeffers Frank Strong On motion duly made and seconded, W. R. Bracken and W. H. Johnson were elected Chairman and Secretary respectively of the meeting. Minutes of last Board of Directors' meeting, held July 27, 1938, were read and approved. Principal business before the Board was announced to be the election of officers to serve the corporation, as provided in By-Laws, during the ensuing year. On motion duly seconded, W. M. Jeffers was elected to office of President. On motion duly seconded, Frank Strong was elected to office of Vice President. On motion duly seconded, W. R.
