in executing rider CLD 10028-1, dated December 5, 1950, terminating effective November 30, 1950, lease agreement Audit No. 10493, dated April 4, 1949, expiring April 5, 1954, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and Leland J. Thompson, Lessee, covering site for restaurant, located at Ocean Blvd. and Lime Ave., Long Beach, Calif.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. No. 6851-1, dated January 15, 1951, extending to and including January 31, 1956, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10344, dated November 30, 1945, expiring January 31, 1951, with American Fruit Growers Incorporated, covering lease of packing house and equipment, located at 7th and Vine Streets, Riverside, Calif.; rental $333.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by Lessor on the first day of December of any year during the term thereof, or any extension of such term, by giving Lessee 30 days* previous notice in writing; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
