E. 10'— 'r - ~ Sutton commented on the recommendations in your letter of September 30 to Mr. Reinhardt to the effect that the water production facilities of the Railroad at Las Vegas be transferred to the LVL&WCo. and that that company divest itself of all properties other than its water system. I enclose a copy of Mr. Sutton’s letter with the request that you review it and let me have the results of that review. Mr. Stoddard has not called upon me for any opinion regarding it but he may do so and I would like to have the benefit of your reaction since you have given the matter such a thorough study.
