Order of Business
The meeting was called to order by the chairman, Patti Hester, at the AmeriSuites Hotel after Intake. The following is a summary of agenda items discussed.
Souvenir Book - The committee voted to postpone sells of a souvenir booklet for the Mardi Gras Ball 2000 due to time constraints. Subcommittee chairman Marion Burns will begin planning now for a booklet for the 2001 Mardi Gras Ball with co-chairs Soror Billie Rayford and Soror Lavonne Lewis. The chairs will provide a plan of action of short and long term goals, the methods to be used for sales and advertising, and soror responsibilities for ad sells. Soror Marion will also create a brochure, mock letter to distribute to corporate sponsors and booklet format.
ALL MONIES will be turned in to the Ways and Means Committee ONLY.
