Rouse) X am enclosing herewith original and four copies of Complaint against the Public Service Commission to set aside its Opinion and Order of August 24, Will you sign the Complaint end see that it is filed and served this week, advising me when this has been accompliahed. X am sending sufficient extra copies so that you will be able to give the Attorney General and Mr. Cannon copies. X suggest that you enter into a written Stipulation with the Attorney General that the defendant may have until twenty (20) days after written notice from the plaintiff to answer the Complaint. This will enable ns to make the one more attempt to achieve some satisfactory results through informal conferences with the Chairman of the Commission before we go ahead with the litigation.
