    AN ACT An^&cfc to amend an act entitled, **An Act defining public utilities, providing for the regulation thereof, creating a Public Service Commission, defining its duties and powers and other matters relating thereto,” approved March 28, 1919 as amended, Stats. 1931. I ^ ^ 0PS-wQQ??ra?vAT? 0F M A D A > REPRESENTED ? AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: IN SENATE SECTION 1. Section 13 of the above entitled act being section 6112 in 1929 N.C.L., 1941 Supp., is hereby amended to read as follows: (omitted) bEC. 13.
