in executing Rider C.L.Do No« 4921-7, dated March 2, 1956, extend­ing to and including April 9, 1958, term of Agreement Audit No. 10235, dated March 22, 1943, expiring April 9, 1956, with A. Meyers, an individual doing business under the fictitious firm name of Western Transportation Company, Lessee, (assigned May 12, 1949, to A« Meyers, an individual doing business under the name of Eckdahl Warehouse Company), covering lease of garage building in vicinity of Aliso and Myers Streets, Los Angeles, California; rental for extended term $440„00 per month, plus any additional rental required under the provisions of said lease; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days' notice; Lessor agreeing to carry fire and extended coverage insurance in suffi­cient amount to cover the insurable value of the building, and Lessee agreeing to pay Lessor the premium on such insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed., On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Termination Rider CoLoD„ No0 11759-1, dated March 9, 1956, terminating as of March 31, 1956, Contract Audit No* 10782 (CLD 11759), between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Paul R„ Robinson, DBA Bob Robinson Company, dated November 17, 1954, effective November 1, 1954, and extending to November 1, 1956, at rental of $160000 per annum, payable annually in advance, covering lease of site at Signal Hi i i 9 California, for storage of oil field equipment; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed., On motion duly seconded, it was -2-
