V TIME FOR COMMENCEMENT OF WATER DELIVERIES 31. BMI shall be under no obligation to deliver water for the Water District and said Water District shall be under no obligation to pay the charges provided herein until the Water District shall have completed construction of and is ready to place in operation the works necessary to reoeive delivery of water at the aforementioned delivery point or points. The Water District shall give BMI not less than ninety (90) days* written notice of the date when said Water District will require BMI to commence delivery of water. BMI shall not be obligated to deliver water for and on behalf of the Water District in excess of five million (5*000,000) gallons daily or one billion, fl eight hundred and twenty-five million (1,825*000,000) gallons per annum until said Water Dlstriot has installed or caused to be installed In the Water Facilities additions or betterments necessary to increase the delivery capacity of said Water Facilities by thirteen million, seven hundred fifty thousand (13*7^0,000) gallons per day. v DURATION OF AGREEMENT 32.
