    The regular annual meeting of the Stockholders of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company was held, pursuant to the by-laws, in the office of the Company and at its principal plaoe of business, R o m 523 Pacific Electric Building, Los Angeles, California, 11*00 o*clook A.M., Hovember 14, 1927, The Secretary stated that written notice of the meeting, signed by him, had been given to each of the stock­holders at least ten days in advance. In the absence of the President, Mr. Walter R, Bracken, Vice President, presided as Chairman of the meeting. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, C. C. Barry was elected Inspector to open and close the polls, receive and take all ballots and proxies, and deoide all questions touching upon the quailflo&tions of voters, validity of proxies and acceptance or rejection of votes at the meeting. The Chairman ascertained those present and desiring to participate in the meeting, and requested that all holders of proxies to hand them in; thereupon, such proxies were deposited with the Xnspeotor, who reported that the follow­ing shares of stock were represented at the meeting, to-witi C.
