Inc., by supplemental agreement, C. L. D. No. 3713, dated July 7, 1941, amending Contract Audit No. 10105, dated November 1, 1940); for term beginning January 15, 1941, and extending to January 15, 1946; rental $19.20 per annum, payable in advance; subject to termination upon 30 days written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing supplemental agreement, C. L. D. No. 3713, dated July 7, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Fred V\T. Krinard and R. G. Krinard, co-partners, and Hillside Citrus Co., Inc,, Lessee, amending lease, Contract Audit No. 10105, dated November 1, 1940, between said parties (covering lease of packing house and garage, located at 4th and Olive Streets, Riverside, California, for term expiring November 30, 1943), to include additional land used to accommodate additional improvements constructed by said Lessor, pursuant to Sec. 3 of said lease Audit No. 10105, and increasing rental $1.60 per month; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification: W. 0. #427, issued Sept. 1, 1941; Los Angeles, Calif.; retirement of S-g- of Lot 43 and all of Lot 44, Industrial Tract No. 1, sold to Ceco Steel Products Company, covered by Deed Audit No. 4497, Sale authorized by Executive Committee May 22, 1941. Ledger value of property retired and not to be replaced creditable to "investment in Road and Equipment", $4,665., estimated cost of removal of property retired and not to be replaced, $43., sale price of property, $7,301., creditable to "Credits from Real Estate Sold", $2,593. -9-
