I agree.February 21, 1919 Mr. J. D. Farrell, First Vice-President, Portland, Oregon* Pear Sir,- I enclose you copy of letter of the 30th instant from Mr. Walter R. Bracken, Vice-President & Agent, Pas Vegas Land and Water Co., addressed to me, in the matter of painting i £ the roofs of tiia sixty-four company houses, which he estimates will cost approximately #1,000.00. These roofs have not been painted since they were constructed several years ago, and they need it very badly. I recommend that we authorise him to proceed with the work as outlined. If you concur, will appreciate a wire. It is desirable to get the work completed before the hot weather commenced, as that is what tries the roofs in that country. Very sincerely yours, (Eno)
