1 The escrow Instructions referred to in Section 7 shall provide for 2 disbursements by the Escrow Agent from said Relocation Fund pur- 3 suant t© the provisions of this Section 5. 4 It is agreed that If payments are made from said Relo- 5 cation Fund for materials supplied or work performed pursuant to 6 a contract or contracts entered into by the First Parties, said 7 First Parties shall be entitled to receive the payments from said 8 Relocation Fund for services rendered by the First Parties as 9 follows: 10 (1) If It shall be necessary for the First 11 Parties both to prepare plans and specifications 12 for the performance of any contract or contracts 13 entered into by said First Parties and to Inspect the 14 work called for by said contract or contracts dur- 15 ing construction, said First Parties shall be 16 entitled to a sum equal to 10$ of the payments made 17 pursuant to said contract or contracts, said sum 18 to represent compensation for preparation of the 19 plans and specifications and inspection of the work 20 during construction, including any surveying and 21 engineering necessary therefor. 22 (2) If the First Parties shall use plans and 23 specifications prepared by the District and approved 24 by the First Parties, said First Parties shall be 25 entitled to a sum equal to 5$ of the payments made 26 pursuant to said contract or contracts, said sum 27 28 28b
