M . , at i 35 South 4th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada. 1 A ll tbe Directors were present as follows: President Campbell V ice Pres. Butterfield Secy.-Treas. Coulthard Bunch C ashman M i 11 er Underhill The Chief Engineer and Manager Clark was also present The Colorado River Commission was represented by the three southern Nevada C om missioners who constitute the Engineering Committee, as follows: Commissioner Cahlan Commissioner Buehler Commissioner Strong with, Alan Bible, Special Counsel The C ity Commissioners of Las Vegas were represented by: Mayor C . D . Baker Commissioner Jarrett Representatives from the press:' The Review Journal (Morning and Evening) The Morning Sun President Campbell called the meeting to order and noted the visitors present. The minutes of the last special meeting held on M ay 25, .1951, having been distributed in writing to all Directors,without comment as to errors or.omissions, stood , approved. The President stated that the special meeting was called for the purposes set forth in the "Consent to Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Valley Water District and Waiver of Notice Thereof" . Upon motion duly made by Director M iller, seconded by Director Underhill and unanimously carried, the Secretary was ordered to incorporate said consent and waiver in the minutes of the Board.
