Audit No. 5355 BILL OF SALE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada corporation, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it paid by the Grantee, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl­edged, does hereby assign, transfer and convey unto LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a public corporation of the State of Nevada, Grantee All those certain pipe lines and wire lines and ap­purtenances referred to in subparagraphs (h) to (l), in­clusive, of Section 5 of, and that certain pumping sta­tion, including valves, pipes, pumping equipment and ap­purtenances thereto, referred to in subparagraph (d) of Section 5* which is now located at point HH shown on Exhibit "A" attached to, that certain agreement dated June 1, 1953, between LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY and its lessee, UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, Utah corporations, LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada corporation, therein collectively called "First Parties", and the Grantee, covering the sale of the water production and distribution facilities of the First Par­ties to the Grantee. Grantor does not warrant the quality or condition of any of the above mentioned property.
