Bear Mr. sextons May 1 take this opportunity to thank yon for the prompt response, your Western Union January 29th, to our request for approval of agreement between our company and McNeil Mousing Company, covering installation of water mains in Hantrldge Subdivision; also approval of Rule 9-0. Company and Slltmore Romes, who are installing water mains in their tract on North Main street, where a large number of homes are being constructed. This agreement also provides that same shall not be effective until it has been approved by the Public Service Commission. This agreement is similar to that drawn with McNeil Housing Company and conforms to Rule 9-C.
